Chat2Close helps businesses configure automated Instagram sales conversations. You are responsible for the accuracy of your offers, prices, customer claims, and testimonials, and for having permission to use the connected accounts.

Automation and control

Automation operates within platform messaging rules. Availability depends on Instagram permissions, account status, provider availability, and an active service connection. No conversion rate, revenue, or other business outcome is guaranteed.

Subscription prices and renewal

Chat2Close costs $99 USD per month or $699 USD per year, billed in advance for the selected period, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial starting when Stripe confirms trial signup. A payment method is required. Your first charge is due when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Your subscription automatically renews for the same billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Subscription → Manage subscription in your workspace, or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your paid access and automated replies end. Canceling does not immediately terminate your paid period.

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused days, unused service, or cancellation during a monthly or annual billing period. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Your subscription and your offers

A Chat2Close subscription pays for this software. Products and services you sell through your workspace have their own prices and checkout destinations. Those are separate transactions. You also connect your own OpenAI API key and pay OpenAI directly for AI usage, including live tests and the small connection verification request. ChatGPT subscriptions do not include this API usage. Chat2Close does not pay these charges for you.

Launch status

Chat2Close is in beta. Business setup, offers, testimonials, sales approach settings, and reply testing are available. Customer Instagram connections and automatic DMs/comments remain unavailable pending Meta approval. The trial is seven days; paid billing starts afterward even if Meta approval is still pending. No approval date is promised. Your own OpenAI usage, including during the trial, is billed separately by OpenAI.
